This guide has been designed to provide clear, practical guidance on how to proceed throughout the day, ensuring everyone involved has a positive and safe experience.

Below, we present the rules and guidelines that must be strictly followed for the event to run smoothly. Your collaboration, responsibility and commitment are essential for compliance with these standards.

Information For Staff

This is information regarding the staff. If you want to read the full regulations, click here. Please read the following information carefully:

Traffic Conduct:
  • You are operating a vehicle.
  • Be responsible and prudent.
  • Obey all Brazilian traffic laws.
  • The roads will be open throughout the day, so pay extra attention.
Athlete Assistance:

The staff can assist the athlete with:

  • Mechanical help
  • Water
  • Nutrition
  • Guidance on the route
  • Emotional support

Assistance from other athletes is not prohibited. Serrano Man was born among friends and for friends. Follow the principle

Personal care:
  • The day will be long. Don't forget to eat and hydrate well.
  • Don't make yourself the customer of the rescue team.
Rules of Conduct with Athletes:
  • Never be ahead of the athlete(s). Such conduct will result in the disqualification of the athlete(s) and will prevent them from participating in future events.
  • Never hand anything to the athlete while the car is moving. Park the car on the shoulder or back to meet the athlete.

Planning and Preparation:

  • Take a printed cycling and running route map.

  • Don't rely exclusively on technology or cell phone signal.
